    For last so many years you were sitting in a classroom gaining knowledge and were tested on remembering the information. However suddenly there comes a hard transition from assignments and mid-semesters to team work and deadlines.

    Automatically you exit from the safe zone of the classroom to the new reality of your First Job. You need to follow the strict deadlines everyday meetings, and managing complicated professional relationships. In addition to all, you have to maintain daily performance as well.  This often results in confusion and building stress among the new joiners.

    This is where this programs ‘From Campus to Corporate- Level 1 ‘comes handy. It not only makes the transition smooth but it also equips you with future expectations.

    OBJECTIVES:

     

    This program gives all the learning inputs which are required for you to know and apply in first few years of your work. It makes you feel more welcoming and adds to your confidence right from the day one at your job.

    Any participant who is ready to join their job irrespective of any industry and role. This program is the first level and the subsequent programs to deepen the knowledge.

    o Areas of weakness

     

    LESSON 3. Preparing Self for the Corporate World - 1 hour

     

    o Managing oneself
    o Setting goals for oneself
    o Understanding requirements of the corporate world
    o The first few weeks at work place

     

    LESSON 4: First Impression - 1 hour

     

    o Importance of first impressions
    o Perception Vs. Reality
    o Moment of Truth

     

    LESSON 5: Greetings at Work - 1 hour

     

    o Dressing for success
    o Greeting colleagues, seniors, client
    o The Handshake

     

    LESSON 6: Conducting  Yourself in a Corporate - 1 hour

     

    o Protocol and Courtesies
    o Respect for space.
    o Ethics at work
    o Professionalism at work

    LESSON 7: Corporate Etiquette - 1 hour

     

    o Dining Etiquette
    o Elevator Etiquette
    o Cafeteria Etiquette
    o Meeting Etiquette
    o Mobile Etiquette

     

     

    LESSON 8: Workplace Don’ts - 1 hour


    o Office Politics
    o Office gossips
    o Activities which one needs to avoid in their corporate environment

     

     

    LESSON 9: Action Plan - 1 hour

     

    This exercise is for each participant to devise a personal Plan of Action, identifying their personal takeaway from the programme, where they know they will practise and areas for development.

    • Aim to provide contextually relevant, skill oriented and emotionally positive experiences via training
    • Continuous encouragement to the trainees to complete course

      • Be as much interactive as possible
      • Encourage participants to share their ”burning questions” about the topic
      • Launching a poll question for participants to answer

      • Incorporate Case based learning (case videos/ movies) and storytelling, if applicable
      • Integrate soft skills in the training, if applicable
      • Motivate learners to apply concepts from domain subjects in a real world situation

      • Encourage regular trainee interaction during , in-between and after the course
      • Aim to design a module that engages participants every 4 minutes
      • Encourage participants to use platform tools like Poll, Chat, Raise Hand, Screen Sharing etc.
